The "Greece 2021" Committee chose a characteristic venue, the Banknote Printing Works of the Bank of Greece (IETA) - National Mint, to present its Numismatic Programme and honor all those who contributed to its implementation. The presentation was attended by Deputy Finance Minister Theodoros Skylakakis, the Governor of the Bank of Greece Giannis Stournaras, the President of "Greece 2021" Committee Gianna Angelopoulos-Daskalaki, the Chief Executive Coordinator of the Committee Marton Simitsek, and IETA Director, Nikolaos Vassilopoulos.
We remind you that the Committee's Numismatic Programme includes a unique collection of 14 collector coins issued on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Revolution. They depict emblematic moments in the history of modern Greece and aspire to keep forever alive in our memory the bicentennial of the Revolution. The Programme was implemented by the Ministry of Finance's decision and the Bank of Greece's kind sponsorship, based on the Committee's recommendation.
