Greeting by the President of the "Greece 2021" Committee at the Municipality of Thebes event in honor of the painter of the Revolution, Theodoros Vryzakis

On Monday, June 29th, the Municipality of Thebes honored the painter of the Revolution, Theodoros Vryzakis, with a multifaceted cultural event. The event was under the auspices of the "Greece 2021" Committee. It took place in the evocative atmosphere created by the evening light in the atrium of the Byzantine and Christian Museum.

Present at the event were the Archbishop of Athens and All of Greece, Mr. Ieronymos II, His Eminence Metropolitan Bishop of Thebes and Levadeia, Mr. Georgios, the Deputy Minister of the Interior Stelios Petsas, and representatives of local government.

The President of the "Greece 2021" Committee pointed out in her greeting that the event was "an honor owed to Theodoros Vryzakis, the painter who identified more than anyone else with the Revolution" and congratulated the Mayor of Thebes Giorgos Anastasiou for organizing it.
