The President of the "Greece 2021" Committee, Gianna Angelopoulos-Daskalaki, met with the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jean-Yves Le Drian, at the French Embassy. Mr. Le Drian is visiting our country in his official capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs for the first time. During the meeting, which was held in a friendly atmosphere, the French Minister expressed his joy for being in Greece and showed interest in the Committee's work and the response it received from the people. The French Minister of Foreign Affairs was among the international personalities who would participate in the Committee's emblematic event, the Forum "Greece in 2040," which did not become possible due to his demanding schedule.

The President presented the main pillars and results of the Committee's work. The interest of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs was focused on the developmental dimension of many of the projects included in the official program, which, as Mrs. Angelopoulos-Daskalaki informed him, were implemented with great success.
